Thank you for my bonus!
Dear XYZ,
Thank you very much for considering me for a bonus this year. It was especially nice to hear it directly from you over the phone - it was a welcome surpirse. In fact, you made me feel better by helping make my week. If I hadn't been sick in bed with a sore throat, you would have heard me jump up and down and shout with glee over the phone! ;-)
Thank you again, XYZ, for going out of your way and making this special effort on my behalf.

TY - Supportive Explanation from Teammate
Dear PB,
Thank you for the supportive explanation today describing the Tax Pro scheduling and compensation system to your colleague, Second Year Tax Pro Charlene. I believe hearing the conversation calmly from her peer not only reduced her frustrations, but increased her understanding of the process. From what she learned today, I believe she will become a better, more satisfied Tax Pro. Thank you for being a great role model and supportive member of the team.

Client Comfort
Dear RB,
Thank you for sitting with me and your client Ms. IA when she came to the office to submit an claim today. She was upset and frustrated with the situation that led up to her claim, but upon seeing you she smiled and calmed down, and seemed much more comfortable having you there on her side to help. Thank you for creating a positive client experience and extra client loyalty. It made a difference to her and to me.
